Premier Aviation is a market-leading provider of aircraft charter solutions to the global music industry since 1994 and as demand for our services continues to grow, we are seeking more Aircraft Charter Brokers to join our UK team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for you to develop your career within two of the most exciting markets there are, aviation and music touring. If successful, you will be working from our head office in West Sussex, facilitating the arrangement and delivery of high-end aircraft charter programmes to some of the greatest headline bands and artistes from around the world, many of whom are household names.
We want to hear from commercially astute individuals with not less than three years relevant aviation experience in a client facing role, who can demonstrate:

Key to our service delivery are those people who make up our Flight Services Team and with client demand growing steadily, our business continues to thrive and we are therefore seeking a hard-working and enthusiastic individual to join our established Flight Services Department.
Job Description
A Flight Services Executive undertakes much of the support and administration associated with the larger aircraft programmes (50 seats plus). Working alongside the account managers in our busy Commercial Aviation division, your role is to ensure every aspect of the client’s requirement and expectation are fully met.
This is a full-time position, primarily office based, with the option to work from either our premises in St Albans, Hertfordshire or from the group’s head office in West Sussex. There will however be regular requirements for the post holder to travel within the UK and overseas as part of their duties and you will often be required to attend airport departures and to travel as Hunt & Palmer’s representative with the flights we charter, to assist on-site with the client’s programme. This can see you being away from home for several days at a time or longer in exceptional cases.
There is also a duty roster of all staff for working evenings, weekend and Public/Bank holidays as required and this is an integral part of the role.
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate not less than three years hands-on experience in airport/airline roles, primarily ground operations/handling however you should also have a strong set of administrative skills and a keen attention for detail. In addition, you must also be able to exhibit the following-
- Proficiency in English language with excellent written and oral communication skills;
- IT literate with high standard of competence in all MS Office applications
- A good level of numeracy and an understanding of simple financial/currency calculations
- Ability to travel within the UK and overseas (by air)
- Indefinite Right to Remain (and work) in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship to visa applicants)
- A valid category B (car) full UK driving licence is preferred, although not essential.
